Labor
Certification – PERM*
A Labor Certification is a requirement for filing an employment based visa petition with the Immigration & Naturalization
Service. Said petition (I-140), forms the basis of adjusting status to that of a lawful permanent resident or obtaining a
“greencard” through a job offer. The process is very detailed and employer driven. Attorneys
fees must be paid by the employer within the process. Please contact us for further information.
* PERM
stands for Program Electronic Review Management System in place since December 27, 2004 Fed. Reg. notice.
