Associate Attorney

Our firm is seeking a bilingual attorney (fluent in Spanish and English) to assist with preparing applications for immigration benefits with USCIS and EOIR, conduct research, attend master calendar and SIJS hearings, draft briefs, and write responses to RFEs. Prior immigration experience preferred but not required. We will consider candidates sitting for the July 2018 bar exam. Preference will also be given to attorneys barred in Maryland and DC.

Unpaid Internship

Aparisi Law is looking for talented undergraduate students and law students interested in immigration law to become part of our team. While our internships are unpaid, interns may be able to receive internship credits from their university. Candidates who are fluent in the English and Spanish language are preferred.
