An immigrant in a nation of immigrants, Jaime Winthuysen Aparisi, was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil to parents from Madrid and Valencia, Spain, and raised in Washington, D.C. Growing up in a multilingual household sensitized me to the legal and cultural plight of immigrants. His background and strong legal education and experience have prepared him to represent peoples from all continents and to do so effectively.

Evan Anderson, Esquire
Evan Anderson, a native of North Carolina, is an associate attorney at the Aparisi Law Firm. After graduating from law school in 2020, Evan clerked at the Atlanta Immigration Court for two years. There, Evan gained an in depth knowledge of how the Immigration Courts work and learned how Immigration Judges think. Evan brings this unique knowledge to the firm and is dedicated to helping clients seek relief before the Courts and USCIS.

Sylviane Elessie, Esquire
As an immigrant, Sylviane Elessie, innately possesses a burning desire to help children and families with their immigration matters. She began her career working with the Embassy of Cameroon, as an administrative staff, where she advised and supported the consulate department. However, she discovered her passion while working for a family law firm counseling fellow immigrants like herself. She started practicing Immigration Law in 2017 and has loved serving the immigrant community to the present.
We hold Sylviane in high esteem for her achievements and her tireless dedication to her clients and community. She was recognized by The Marquis Who’s Who Publication Board and has been included in the Who’s Who in America 2021-2022 edition; a publication limited to individuals who possess professional integrity, demonstrate outstanding achievements in their respective fields, and individuals who have made innumerable contributions to society. Sylviane is fluent in French, English, and Spanish as well.
