Fidelia was born in El Salvador and raised in Washington, DC and spent a significant amount of her life in Maryland as well. She attended Bates College in Lewiston, ME under a scholarship where she studied Spanish and science. She decided to work in immigration law due to her interest in advocating for immigrant rights. Being a paralegal at Jaime Winthuysen Aparisi & Associates has exposed Fidelia to a diverse set of immigration cases. As an immigrant herself, it is her goal to continue working for and helping immigrants in the United States.
Maricruz Esparza De Leon
Maricruz Esparza De Leon is a first-generation college graduate from Trinity Washington University with a Bachelor's in Sociology and a minor in International Affairs.
She is passionate about helping immigrants navigate the complexities of the US immigration system. With internship experience at the International Rescue Committee and volunteering with Catholic Charities DC, she is committed to serving immigrant communities.
Maricruz joined Jaime Winthuysen Aparisi & Associates LLC as the Legal Assistant in 2019.
